FEATURED PROJECTS

Oasis
Merewether

Oasis is a development of five executive townhouses located in Merewether on the former Sharpe’s Nursery site, close to Merewether Beach and baths, along with The Junction shopping centre, restaurants and cafes.

The development comprises 3 x three bedroom and 2 x two bedroom townhouses fronting Alice Street, each incorporating contemporary open-plan living connected to extensively landscaped courtyards.

The highly articulated street elevation, with a simple material palette and carefully composed forms, responds to the urban setting and scale of Alice Street.

Affordable Housing development comprising 50 x 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with ground floor commercial space and rooftop communal space over 7 storeys.

The development seeks to reinforce the edge of Brunker Road with a strong urban form, as well as in providing landscaping to soften, and commercial & communal outdoor spaces to activate the street.

The development has been orientated to maximise the north-easterly and north-westerly aspect , with 93.6% of units receiving 2 hours direct sunlight between 9am-3pm mid-winter.

72.3% of the apartments have been designed to achieve cross ventilation with a large number of corner apartments and cross-through apartments.

‘Junction Terraces’ is a boutique development of six luxury appointed townhouses, located within walking distance of The Junction's cafes and restaurants, as well as Bar Beach.

This infill development is located between existing 3-storey apartments to the north and a 2-storey brick wall enclosing the swimming pool complex to the south.

In order to develop the site to its full potential and maximise solar access and natural ventilation, the design elevates large open-planned living spaces and large terraces to Level 1, with the ground floor being reserved exclusively for residential entries, car parking and landscaping.

Level 2 contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for each townhouse.

The large terrace spaces are designed with entertainment in mind, incorporating landscape planters, seating, outdoor kitchen and operable screening to provide privacy while allowing views to the parkland beyond.
